St. Edmund Campion is a local High School with a very active Film and Media Arts program, under the leadership of its instructor, Richard Menanno.<\/span><\/p>\n

I met Richard at a film editing seminar sometime back and we\u2019ve kept in touch. Rick is passionate about teaching his students about the world of film making and animation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this year, we were chatting and Richard asked if ckmmphotographic would sponsor a prize in this year’s St. Edmund Campion 2016 Film Festival. <\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, we said yes!<\/span><\/p>\n

First Prize was awarded to K. Allsebrook for\u00a0a brilliant Animation Short, which showed great technical merit as well as telling a touching story of the journey of a stick figure through his day!<\/span><\/p>\n
